I have and will always be enthusiastic about things that bring positive change to ones life journey and offer support to those who brave the wilderness of this human experience with all its unknown territories.

Feeling safe and supported can sometimes bring the most healing and receiving tools to empower us on our own healing journey.

Being trained in Internal Family Systems as well as integrating somatic approaches i am able to provide a holistic and compassionate enviroment for reflection, understanding and healing.

Practicing from a trauma informed background has brought a lot of change to the way i hold spaces where i do not push to lead but become a witness and resource if needed. Only our own system and inner compass can guide us through the change we seek.

ON A Personal Note
I am a white, mostly CIS gendered woman raised in a white, colonial, capitalistic and patriarchal settler society and culture. I acknoledge my privileges and the tremendous harm that they have causes to others globally.

My privileges have and will impact my position and perspective in society.. While i am learning and trying to provide a safe space for all intersectional identities i know that i will not be safe for everyone. I am happy to help anyone to try and find a therapist or practitioner that is safer for them and idealy represents their identity.

In an ideal world there would be matching mental health support for all identities, but since privileges are still distriputed and protected amongst those with power it often is extremly difficult.

I care about your needs and your right to find the best possible support.
