I have and will always be enthusiastic about things that bring positive change to ones life journey and offering support to those who brave the wilderness of this human experience with all its unknown territories.

Feeling safe and supported and receiving tools to lead our own healing journey can sometimes bring the most healing. Being met with compassion and in connection with our selfs we can face our challenges with curiosity and courage. Why do some parts of me believe the things they believe to be true and how did they try to help us survive till today? Many of the most challenging aspects of ourselfs initially had good intentions to get through what they needed to get through but might cause difficulties in our life today.

Practicing from a trauma informed background has brought a lot of change to the way i hold spaces where i do not push to lead but become a witness to the stories untold and a gentle ancor to the safety of the now.
